REFAP is very easy to use. It may seem complicated and even tedious at first, but once you do one deal with us, you will definitely have the hang of it. Here is a process description to help you understand the way the program works:

1. Have your borrower pre-approved for a loan. This will let you know how much financial assistance the buyer needs in order to get fully approved and eventually closed on your loan.

2. Use the Refap calculator to see how you need to structure the deal to make it work.

3. Print and complete all of the necessary REFAP forms and have them available for your initial consultation if you are using our online registration wizard, otherwise you will be provided the documentation at your initial consultation.

5. Fax a copy of all the required documentation to REFAP or simply bring them into the Initial Consultation as explained in our Methodology Section

6. REFAP will analyze all of the paperwork provided and determine the best method to provide the assistance necessary to close the deal out. We will check and verify the lender guidelines to insure the information we gather is what the lender is requiring. The documentation is sent to the loan officer to continue with the conditions clearing processing.
