The formula for REFAP is simple and is the same all the time.
Total amount needed plus 10% and $295.00 is what REFAP assesses and then there is a 1% of the SP Fee added for Consultation Services Provided.
Example: Sales Price - $150,000.00
Down Payment (3.5% Down Payment) - $5,250.00
Add Administrative Fee - $525.00
Plus the Processing Fee of - $295.00
Plus Consultation and Handling - $1,500.00
Total Amount due to REFAP = $7,570.00
